Organisational Influences SIG

Join the SIG on Organizational Influences to discuss the role of situational and contextual factors in bullying and harassment in the workplace. These factors may include, but are not limited to, organizational antecedents such as the nature of work, the organizational culture or climate, and leadership. We recognize that such organization-level antecedents may interact with other group or individual-level factors in influencing bullying and harassment. We hope that this SIG will help us gain a deeper understanding of what organizations can do to minimize bullying in the workplace.
