Annie Høgh

Annie HoghAnnie Høgh (Hogh) is Professor in Work and Organisational Psychology at the University of Copenhagen’s Department of Psychology where she is coordinator of the Work & Organisational research group. She joined the department in 2009. Before that she worked at the National Research Centre for the Working Environment in Copenhagen Denmark. Annie was among the founding members of the IAWBH and has served on the board since then. Her research has mainly focused on exposure to negative behaviour, such as bullying, violence and harassment at work and she is head of a multicentre research project on antecendents, mechanisms and long-term consequences of negative social relations at work. Her research has also focused on applied studies investigating prevention and treatment of workplace bullying and harassment. Over the years she has presented a number of seminars and workshops in the public and private sectors. Annie has published her research a numerous international journal articles in refereed journals such as Work & Stress, European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, Scandinavian Journal of Psychology, Journal of Psychosomatic Research, Scandinavian Journal of Work Environment and Health. She has also presented many conference papers at international conferences.
