Annie Høgh
Annie Høgh is an Associate Professor in Work and Organisational Psychology at the University of Copenhagen’s Department of Psychology. Annie’s interests are primarily in researching and teaching work psychology. Prior to joining the University of Copenhagen in April 2009 she did her research at The National Research Centre for the Working Environment in Copenhagen. Her research has focused on exposure to negative behaviour, such as bullying, violence and harassment at work and individual consequences and coping. Her research focus
is now turning towards applied studies investigating how employers and employees can work together in order to prevent workplace bullying and harassment. She is also involved in research on how to develop an effective treatment programme to deal with the individual consequences of adult
bullying.
During her
time at The National Research Centre for the Working Environment she has
presented a number of seminars and workshops in the public and private sectors.
Annie has published her research in a number of national (Danish) and international journal articles in refereed journals such as Work & Stress, European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, Scandinavian Journal of Psychology, Journal of Psychosomatic Research, Scandinavian
Journal of Public Health. She has also presented a number of conference papers at international conferences.
